Hi Everyone,
Today I am writing about Anthem. Yes, that one. It is for Xbox One, PS4, and PC. It is made by Bioware, and it came out Feb 22 2019 (a long time ago as of this post).
I am going to review the story, its gameplay, and the problems. Yes, there a lot of them. I will get into more details later. But first, I must mech up, and load into the battlefield.
But in order to survive, you must survive the enemies and monstrosities created by the Anthem of Creation, and surrounding forces that it creates. I will not get much into it, as I do not want to spoil much, but the story in itself is very interesting.
You get to choose from one of several Javelins: Interceptor, Ranger, Colossus, and Storm. Each of them have different abilities, and each of them have similar skills as well. They can dash (or boost depending on your terminology). The most important factor in my opinion is the health.
In order to get the Javelins, you have to level up. Now that is a pain. Sometimes you have to do several different missions to level up. Sometimes it is faster than that. It actually depends on what you do, and how you play Anthem.
The Colossus has the most health, but has no secondary health, formally called shields. The Interceptor is the weakest, but it is the fastest overall. The Ranger is literally the middle of the road. Finally the Storm is a little weaker, but they have the most cool looking abilities.
I can go in depth on the abilities, but that would take a lot of time. As a result, I will only focus on obtaining them. They are not that hard to obtain, and there are SEVERAL Different ones to mess around with. Each of them do a different function, and as a result tailor to playstyles crazy and calm.
I like the playstyle options. They are fun, and unique. If I want to play the game however I want, I can.
4 out of 5 stars.

Story:
So you are a Freelancer, who basically goes on contracts in your Javelin suit. You do this to survive and make money. Your partner (called cypher, it's explained in the game) Owen helps you out too. The location of the game is in Fort Tarsis, and the world surrounding it.But in order to survive, you must survive the enemies and monstrosities created by the Anthem of Creation, and surrounding forces that it creates. I will not get much into it, as I do not want to spoil much, but the story in itself is very interesting.
Gameplay:
The game itself is a Third Person Co-Op Shooter. You go around shooting enemies and monstrosities, and collecting the loot that comes from the enemies. There are several different varieties, but I am just going to talk about the loot right now.You get to choose from one of several Javelins: Interceptor, Ranger, Colossus, and Storm. Each of them have different abilities, and each of them have similar skills as well. They can dash (or boost depending on your terminology). The most important factor in my opinion is the health.

There are some issues with Anthem.
- The Loading Screens. There are several. Dozens. I don't even know anymore. What makes me mad is that there are so many loading screens for every function. There are so many that the loading screens for Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) would be considered short. Now that is an actual problem.
- I am not a big fan of the walking in Fort Tarsis. Not the Javelins, but your own character. You are slow as heck. Literally I could make a bag of popcorn and finish it before I walk across the map. Your character is that slow.
