Hi Everyone,
Today I am going to review the newest Chapter in Fortnite: Battle Royale!
It is for the PC, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Mobile Devices.
The new chapter is NOT A STANDALONE GAME. It is still in the same client as before. Save your bandwidth.
There really isn't one. There was a black hole that sucked in the whole map/game, and nobody could play it for days. After it gets brought back up, then there was a new map.
It is a simple thing but it worked. The world went WILD. Like it was insane.
Not much really changed. There is not a lot of new weapons, so the gameplay is simple to understand, but there are some other nice additions.
You can swim! Water does not instantly kill you anymore (at the edge of the map obviously). The swimming lets you move around more fluidly, and as a result, you can get to the circle faster, and get more equipment.
The game added fishing. You can fish in the water, or in certain "spots" to get better ammo and weapons. I have used it plenty of times to great success.
I like both of these changes, especially the addition of boats.
Boats are insane! Literally, they are transport vehicles that get you to the circle as fast as possible, and even work on land. They have a turbo boost feature that allows for this, and as a consequence, lets you get into the circle with ease.
It can even carry your squad (of 4 people). This allows for your team to survive.
There are bots now, but they are noticeable (most of the time). They feel satisfying to eliminate but still scare me when I see them land with me.
Otherwise there really isn't any major changes to the formula at hand. The game is amazing still, and I love it.
I do not have the Battle Pass, so that will not be reviewed.
I give the new Chapter a 5 out of 5. The names of the locations are hilarious, and the gameplay is what Fortnite really strives in.

I have never been a huge fan of Fortnite since it came out. I just always thought there were much better done battle royale games. I think they did some things great, but more or less paved the path. I am hopeful that the COD hype will take away from the 11 year-olds using mommy and daddys money for skins on Fortnite. If you did not buy Modern Warfare I highly recommend it. Have not had this type of fun on Call of Duty since Black Ops 2.
